2. Services
We provide educational content, live cohorts, workshops, and concierge support focused on neural networks and applied AI. We may modify offerings to improve the curriculum.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Do not probe or interfere with platform security or availability.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Respect cohort conduct guidelines and peer collaboration norms.
5. Payments and Refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due prior to cohort commencement. We provide a 7-day grace period from a cohort’s start for withdrawals with a full refund. After that, partial credits may apply at our discretion. Taxes may apply.
6. Intellectual Property
Course materials, frameworks, and tools are owned by FreshValley Atelier and licensed to you for personal or organizational learning under non-exclusive, non-transferable terms. Redistribution without consent is prohibited.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of your submissions. You grant us a limited license to use, display, and adapt your submissions for grading, cohort collaboration, and service improvement. You warrant you have rights to the content you submit.
8. Disclaimers
Education is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, financial results, or regulatory approvals. We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshValley Atelier and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreshValley Atelier from claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or risks harm to others. You may terminate by ceasing use and requesting account closure.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of laws rules. Venue lies in San Francisco County, California.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
